This weekend’s Flake Out Festival in the Wisconsin Dells is taking place during what local weathermen are calling one of the coldest stretches of weather in years. Although it is supposed to warm up a little bit by the weekend, the Dells still will be in a deep freeze. According to the Wisconsin Dells Visitor and Convention Bureau, all of the activities are still being held as scheduled.
