There are a couple of different taxi services in the Dells (Google "Wisconsin Dells Taxi"). If you stay at the Sundara spa, their car will drive you downtown and pick you back up for free. The Kalahari has a shuttle bus that will transport you for a fee. The Wilderness has a shuttle bus too, but that only stays on the Wilderness property. I am unaware of any other Dells resorts that offer shuttle services. You could also pick a hotel downtown, so you only have a short <strike>walk</strike> stumble back. I wish i could be in the Dells this weekend to enjoy this. There are a lot of great beer establishments on the list. The trouble is if the rest of the family is at the waterpark, I'm not sure how I would get back to the waterpark safely! I wonder if there are affordable taxi services in the Wisconsin dells...I'd seriously consider planning to go to this next year. I would imagine that if one would plan a trip far enough in advance that they could get some great rates at one of the big waterparks like The Wilderness, Kalahari, or The Great Wolf Lodge. The hotels should offer a free hotel shuttle service to this event - then the dells would really see a boost in attendance! This sounds like a great value!
