The Flake Out Festival in the Wisconsin Dells went on as scheduled this weekend, despite the cold temperatures. Fortunately, it warmed up a bit from the sub-zero temperatures that the Dells had earlier in the week. Madison’s WISC-TV, Channel 3 covered the festival. Click below to watch video of the report.
